"The CDC Vaccine Committee ended its Hepatitis B vaccine recommendation for babies, a decision applauded given that the majority of babies are not at risk for Hepatitis B, a disease primarily transmitted sexually or through dirty needles. The American Childhood Vaccine Schedule, which includes 72 "jabs" for healthy babies, is deemed excessive and ridiculed for being far more extensive than schedules in other countries. A Presidential Memorandum has been signed, directing the Department of Health and Human Services to "FAST TRACK" a comprehensive evaluation of global vaccine schedules to align the U.S. schedule with the "Gold Standard of Science and COMMON SENSE." Confidence is expressed that Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and the CDC will execute this directive effectively for the nation's children."
